# §2742.1. Lands subject to disposition.


Omitted lands and unsurveyed islands may be conveyed to States and their local political subdivisions under the provisions of [section 211](/cfr/43/211.md) of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act ([43 U.S.C. 1721](/usc/43/1721.md)).
