# §2720.4. Issuance of document of conveyance.


Upon receipt of the payment required by [§ 2720.3](/cfr/43/2720.3.md) of this subpart, if any is required, the authorized officer shall issue the necessary document conveying to the applicant the mineral interests of the United States in the land covered by the application.
