# §2651.3. Selection period.


Each eligible village corporation must file its selection application(s) not later than December 18, 1974, under sections 12(a) or 16(b) of the Act; and not later than December 18, 1975, under [section 12(b)](/cfr/43/12.md?p=b) of the Act.
