# §2650.8. Appeals.


Any decision relating to a land selection shall become final unless appealed to the Board of Land Appeals by a person entitled to appeal, under, and in accordance with, [subpart E of part 4](/cfr/43/part4-subpartE.md), [43 CFR](/cfr/43.md).
