# §2569.403. How do I obtain a copy of the application form?


The BLM will mail you an application form if you are determined to be an Eligible Individual under [§ 2569.301](/cfr/43/2569.301.md). If you do not receive an application in the mail, you can also obtain the form at the BIA, a Realty Service Provider's office, the BLM Public Room, or on the internet at https://www.blm.gov/alaska/2019AKNativeVetsLand.
