# §2568.21. Do other regulations directly apply to these regulations?


Yes. The regulations implementing the Native Allotment Act of 1906, [43 CFR Subpart 2561](/cfr/43/subpart2561.md), also apply to Alaska Native Veteran Allotments to the extent they are not inconsistent with [section 41](/cfr/43/41.md) of ANCSA or other provisions in this Subpart.
