# §20.507. Unlawful organizations.


An employee may not advocate the violent overthrow of our constitutional form of government nor may an employee be a member of an organization that he or she knows advocates the violent overthrow of our constitutional form of government ([5 U.S.C. 7311](/usc/5/7311.md)).
