# §2.237. Requests for access to records.


The Privacy Act permits individuals, upon request, to gain access to their records or to any information pertaining to them which is contained in a system and to review the records and have a copy made of all or any portion thereof in a form comprehensive to them. [5 U.S.C. 552a(d)(1)](/usc/5/552a.md?p=d-1). A request for access shall be submitted in accordance with the procedures in this subpart.
