# §93.406. Final HHS actions.


Unless the respondent contests the findings and/or the proposed HHS administrative actions contained in the charge letter within the 30-day period prescribed in [§ 93.501(a)](/cfr/42/93.501.md?p=a), the ORI findings and HHS administrative actions are final.
