# §93.316. Transmittal of the institutional record to ORI.


After the Institutional Deciding Official has made a final determination of research misconduct findings in accordance with [§ 93.314](/cfr/42/93.314.md), the institution must transmit the institutional record to ORI. The institutional record must be consistent with [§ 93.220](/cfr/42/93.220.md) and logically organized.
