# §93.225. Office of Research Integrity or ORI.


Office of Research Integrity or ORI means the office established by Public Health Service Act [section 493](/cfr/42/493.md) ([42 U.S.C. 289b](/usc/42/289b.md)) and to which the HHS Secretary has delegated responsibility for addressing research integrity and misconduct issues related to PHS-supported activities.
