# §600.350. Privacy and security of information.


The State must comply with the standards and procedures set forth in 45 CFR [155.260(b)](/cfr/45/155.260.md?p=b) and [(c)](/cfr/45/155.260.md?p=c) as are applicable to the operation of the BHP.
