# §59.201. Applicability.


The regulations in this subpart are applicable to the award of grants pursuant to section 1003 of the Public Health Service Act ([42 U.S.C. 300a-1](/usc/42/300a-1.md)) to provide the training for personnel to carry out family planning service programs described in sections 1001 and 1002 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. [300](/usc/42/300.md), [300a](/usc/42/300a.md)).
