# §56.702. Application.


To be approved by the Secretary under this subpart, an application for a grant must meet the requirements of §§ [56.104(a)](/cfr/42/56.104.md?p=a), [56.104(b)](/cfr/42/56.104.md?p=b) (1), (4), (7), (10), and (11), and 56.104(c) of [subpart A](/cfr/42/subpartA.md) of this part.
