# §56.701. Applicability.


The regulations of this subpart, in addition to the regulations of [subpart A](/cfr/42/subpartA.md) of this part except as otherwise set forth herein, are applicable to grants awarded pursuant to section 319(g) of the Act for the provision of technical and other non-financial assistance to grantees under sections [319(c)(1)(A)](/cfr/42/319.md?p=c-1-A), [319(d)(1)(A)](/cfr/42/319.md?p=d-1-A) and [319(d)(1)(B)](/cfr/42/319.md?p=d-1-B) of the Act.
