# §51c.302. Application.


To be approved by the Secretary under this subpart, an application for a grant must, in addition to meeting the requirements of [§ 51c.104](/cfr/42/51c.104.md) of [subpart A](/cfr/42/subpartA.md),

- (a) Be submitted by an entity which may be a co-applicant which the Secretary determines is a community health center, and
- (b) Contain information sufficient to enable the Secretary to determine that the center will meet the requirements of [§ 51c.103](/cfr/42/51c.103.md).
