# §512.470. Waivers.


CMS waives the requirements of sections 1881(b), 1833(a), 1833(b), and 1851(i)(2) of the Act, and [42 CFR 422.322(c)](/cfr/42/422.322.md?p=c) only to the extent necessary to make the payments under the IOTA Model described in this subpart.
