# §512.345. Payments subject to the Clinician HDPA.


CMS adjusts the amount otherwise paid under Medicare Part B with respect to MCP claims on claim lines with CPT codes 90965 and 90966 by the Clinician HDPA when the claim is submitted by a Managing Clinician who is an ETC Participant with a claim service date during a calendar year subject to adjustment as described in [§ 512.350](/cfr/42/512.350.md) and the beneficiary is at least 18 years old before the first day of the month.
