# §51.8. Annual reports.


By January 1 of each year, a report shall be submitted, pursuant to section 105(a)(7) of the Act ([42 U.S.C. 10805(a)(7)](/usc/42/10805.md?p=a-7)), to the Secretary which is in the format designated by the Secretary.
