# §50.309. Recordkeeping requirements.


Programs or projects to which this subpart applies must maintain copies of the certifications and documentation specified in §§ [50.304](/cfr/42/50.304.md) and [50.306](/cfr/42/50.306.md) for three years pursuant to the retention and custodial requirements for records at [2 CFR 200.334](/cfr/2/200.334.md).
