# §495.108. Posting of required information.

- (a) CMS posts, on its Internet Web site, the following information regarding EPs, eligible hospitals, and CAHs receiving an incentive payment under subparts B and C of this part:
  - (1) **Name.**
  - (2) **Business addressee.**
  - (3) **Business phone number.**
  - (4) **Such other information as specified by CMS.**
- (b) CMS posts, on its Internet Web site, the following information for qualifying MA organizations that receive an incentive payment under subpart C of this part—
  - (1) The information specified in [paragraph (a)](#a) of this section for each of the qualifying MA organization's MA plan information; and
  - (2) The information specified in [paragraph (a)](#a) of this section for each of the qualifying MA organization's MA EPs and MA-affiliated eligible hospitals.
