# §488.1015. Resubmitting a request for reapproval.

- (a) Except as provided in [paragraph (b)](#b) of this section, a home infusion therapy accrediting organization whose request for CMS's approval or re-approval of an accreditation program has been denied, or a home infusion therapy accrediting organization that has voluntarily withdrawn an initial application, may resubmit its application if the home infusion therapy accrediting organization satisfies all of the following requirements:
  - (1) Revises its home infusion therapy accreditation program to address the issues related to the denial of its previous request or its voluntary withdrawal.
  - (2) **Resubmits the application in its entirety.**
- (b) If a home infusion therapy accrediting organization has requested, in accordance with [§ 488.1050](/cfr/42/488.1050.md), a reconsideration of CMS's disapproval, it may not submit a new application for approval of a home infusion therapy accreditation program until such reconsideration is administratively final.
