# §485.504. Basic requirements.


Participation as an REH is limited to facilities that—

- (a) Meet the definition in [§ 485.502](/cfr/42/485.502.md).
- (b) Have in effect a provider agreement as defined at [§ 489.3](/cfr/42/489.3.md) of this chapter to provide services.
- (c) **Meet the conditions of participation set out in this subpart.**
