# §484.250. OASIS data.


An HHA must submit to CMS the OASIS data described at § [484.55(b)](/cfr/42/484.55.md?p=b) and [(d)](/cfr/42/484.55.md?p=d) as is necessary for CMS to administer the payment rate methodologies described in §§ [484.215](/cfr/42/484.215.md), [484.220](/cfr/42/484.220.md), [484.230](/cfr/42/484.230.md), [484.235](/cfr/42/484.235.md), and [484.240](/cfr/42/484.240.md).
