# §480.121. Optional disclosure of nonconfidential information.


A QIO may, on its own initiative, subject to the notification requirements in [§ 480.105](/cfr/42/480.105.md), furnish the information available under [§ 480.120](/cfr/42/480.120.md) to any person, agency, or organization.
