# §460.3. Part D program requirements.


PACE organizations offering qualified prescription drug coverage and meeting the definition of a Part D plan sponsor, as defined in [§ 423.4](/cfr/42/423.4.md) of this chapter, must abide by all applicable Part D program requirements in [part 423](/cfr/42/part423.md) of this chapter.
