# §457.535. Cost-sharing protection to ensure enrollment of American Indians and Alaska Natives.


States may not impose premiums, deductibles, coinsurance, copayments or any other cost-sharing charges on children who are American Indians or Alaska Natives, as defined in [§ 457.10](/cfr/42/457.10.md).
