# §457.330. Application.


The State shall use the single, streamlined application used by the State in accordance with [paragraph (b)](/cfr/42/435.907.md?p=b) of § 435.907 of this chapter, and otherwise comply with such section, except that the terms of [§ 435.907(c)](/cfr/42/435.907.md?p=c) of this chapter (relating to applicants seeking coverage on a basis other than modified adjusted gross income) do not apply.
