# §457.222. FFP for equipment.


Claims for Federal financial participation in the cost of equipment under CHIP are determined in accordance with [subpart G](/cfr/42/subpartG.md) of [45 CFR part 95](/cfr/45/part95.md). Requirements concerning the management and disposition of equipment under CHIP are also prescribed in [subpart G](/cfr/42/subpartG.md) of [45 CFR part 95](/cfr/45/part95.md).
