# §457.130. Civil rights assurance.


The State plan must include an assurance that the State will comply with all applicable civil rights requirements, including title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, [45 CFR part 80](/cfr/45/part80.md), [part 84](/cfr/42/part84.md), and part [91](/cfr/42/part91.md), and [28](/cfr/42/part28.md) CFR [part 35](/cfr/42/part35.md).
