# §456.350. Scope.


This subpart prescribes requirements for control of utilization of intermediate care facility (ICF) services including requirements concerning—

- (a) Certification of need for care;
- (b) Medical evaluation and admission review;
- (c) Plan of care; and
- (d) **Utilization review plans.**
