# §441.595. Website transparency.


For States subject to the requirements of [subpart K](/cfr/42/subpartK.md), the State must operate a website consistent with [§ 441.313](/cfr/42/441.313.md), except that the references to section 1915(c) of the Act are instead references to [section 1915(k)](/cfr/42/1915.md?p=k) of the Act.
