# §441.55. State plan requirements.


A State plan must provide that the Medicaid agency meets the requirements of [§§ 441.56-441.62](/cfr/42/441.56-441.62.md), with respect to EPSDT services, as defined in [§ 440.40(b)](/cfr/42/440.40.md?p=b) of this subchapter.
