# §441.486. Website transparency.


For States subject to the requirements of [subpart J](/cfr/42/subpartJ.md), the State must operate a website consistent with [§ 441.313](/cfr/42/441.313.md), except that the references to section 1915(c) of the Act are instead references to [section 1915(j)](/cfr/42/1915.md?p=j) of the Act.
