# §438.72. Additional requirements for long-term services and supports.

- (a) **Nursing facility services and services delivered in intermediate care facilities for individuals with intellectual disabilities (ICFs/IID).** The State must comply with the requirements in [§ 442.43](/cfr/42/442.43.md) for nursing facility and ICF/IID services.
- (b) **Services authorized under section 1915(c) waivers and section 1915(i), (j), and (k) State plan authorities.** The State must comply with the requirements at §§ [441.301(c)(1) through (3)](/cfr/42/441.301.md?p=c-1..c-3), [441.302(a)(6)](/cfr/42/441.302.md?p=a-6), [441.302(k)](/cfr/42/441.302.md?p=k), [441.311](/cfr/42/441.311.md), and [441.313](/cfr/42/441.313.md) for services authorized under [section 1915(c)](/cfr/42/1915.md?p=c) waivers and section [1915(i)](/cfr/42/1915.md?p=i), [(j)](/cfr/42/1915.md?p=j), and [(k)](/cfr/42/1915.md?p=k) State plan authorities.
