# §436.901. General requirements.


The Medicaid agency must comply with all the requirements of [part 435](/cfr/42/part435.md), [subpart J](/cfr/42/subpartJ.md), of this subchapter, except those specified in [§ 435.909](/cfr/42/435.909.md).
