# §435.326. Individuals who would be ineligible if they were not enrolled in an MCO or PCCM.


If the agency provides Medicaid to the categorically needy under [§ 435.212](/cfr/42/435.212.md), it may provide it under the same rules to medically needy beneficiaries who are enrolled in MCOs or PCCMs.
