# §433.35. Equipment—Federal financial participation.


Claims for Federal financial participation in the cost of equipment under the Medicaid Program are determined in accordance with [subpart G](/cfr/42/subpartG.md) of [45 CFR part 95](/cfr/45/part95.md). Requirements concerning the management and disposition of equipment under the Medicaid Program are also prescribed in [subpart G](/cfr/42/subpartG.md) of [45 CFR part 95](/cfr/45/part95.md).
