# §432.45. Applicability of provisions in subpart.


The rates of FFP specified in this subpart C do not apply to State personnel who conduct survey activities and certify facilities for participation in Medicaid, as provided for under [section 1902(a)(33)(B)](/cfr/42/1902.md?p=a-33-B) of the Act.
