# §431.818. Access to records.


The State, upon written request, must submit to the HHS staff, or other designated entity, all records, including complete local agency eligibility case files or legible copies and all other documents pertaining to its MEQC reviews to which the State has access, including information available under [part 435](/cfr/42/part435.md), [subpart I](/cfr/42/subpartI.md) of this chapter.
