# §431.714. Waivers.


The agency or board may waive any standards developed under [§ 431.707](/cfr/42/431.707.md) of this subpart for any person who has served in the capacity of a nursing home administrator during all of the 3 calendar years immediately preceding the calendar year in which the State first meets the requirements in this subpart.
