# §427.500. Definitions.


As used in this subpart, date of receipt is the calendar day following the day on which a report of a rebate amount (as set forth in §§ [427.501(b) through (d)](/cfr/42/427.501.md?p=b..d) and [427.502(b)](/cfr/42/427.502.md?p=b) and [(c)](/cfr/42/427.502.md?p=c) is made available to the manufacturer of a Part B rebatable drug by CMS.
