# §427.300. Definitions.


As used in this subpart, the following definitions apply:

340B Program is the program under section 340B of the Public Health Service (PHS) Act.

Refundable single-dose container or single-use package drug has the meaning set forth in [§ 414.902](/cfr/42/414.902.md) of this chapter.
