# §423.576. Effect of a coverage determination.


The coverage determination is binding on the Part D plan sponsor and the enrollee unless it is reviewed and revised under [§§ 423.580 through 423.604](/cfr/42/423.580..423.604.md) and [§§ 423.2000 through 423.2140](/cfr/42/423.2000..423.2140.md) or is reopened and revised under [§ 423.1978](/cfr/42/423.1978.md).
