# §422.576. Effect of an organization determination.


The organization determination is binding on all parties unless it is reconsidered under [§§ 422.578 through 422.596](/cfr/42/422.578..422.596.md) or is reopened and revised under [§ 422.616](/cfr/42/422.616.md).
