# §421.310. Conflict of interest requirements.


Offerors for MIP contracts and MIP contractors are subject to the following:

- (a) The conflict of interest standards and requirements of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) organizational conflict of interest guidance specified under [48 CFR subpart 9.5](/cfr/48/subpart9.5.md).
- (b) The standards and requirements as are contained in each individual contract awarded to perform section 1893 of the Act functions.
