# §405.1881. Appointment of representative.


A provider or other party may be represented by legal counsel or any other person it appoints to act as its representative at the proceedings, conducted in accordance with §§ [405.1819](/cfr/42/405.1819.md) and [405.1851](/cfr/42/405.1851.md).
