# §401.152. Court review.


Where the Administrator upon review affirms the denial of a request for records, in whole or in part, the requester may seek court review in the district court of the United States pursuant to [5 U.S.C. 552(a)(4)(B)](/usc/5/552.md?p=a-4-B).
