# §137.290. What additional provisions of law are related to NEPA and NHPA?

- (a) Depending upon the nature and the location of the construction project, environmental laws related to NEPA and NHPA may include:
  - (1) Archaeological and Historical Data Preservation Act [[16 U.S.C. 469](/usc/16/469.md)];
  - (2) Archeological Resources Protection Act [[16 U.S.C. 470aa](/usc/16/470aa.md)];
  - (3) Clean Air Act [[42 U.S.C. 7401](/usc/42/7401.md)];
  - (4) Clean Water Act [[33 U.S.C. 1251](/usc/33/1251.md)];
  - (5) Coastal Barrier Improvement Act [42 U.S.C. [4028](/usc/42/4028.md) and [16](/usc/42/16.md) U.S.C. [Sec. 3501](/cfr/42/3501.md)];
  - (6) Coastal Barrier Resources Act [[16 U.S.C. 3501](/usc/16/3501.md)];
  - (7) Coastal Zone Management Act [[16 U.S.C. 1451](/usc/16/1451.md)];
  - (8) Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act [[42 U.S.C. 9601](/usc/42/9601.md)];
