# §124.11. Applicability of 2 CFR parts 200 and 300.


The provisions of 2 CFR parts [200](/cfr/2/part200.md) and [300](/cfr/2/part300.md), establishing uniform administrative requirements and cost principles, shall apply to all grants under this part.”.
